The summer house
is located in the popular district of Bingen am Rhein, in Bingen Kempten.
The cozy Art Nouveau house was built in 1926 by the great-grandparents, lovingly renovated in 2022 and technically updated.
With 3 bedrooms it can accommodate up to 6 adults. Additional cots can be provided on request.
Several places to sit in the idyllic 1,200 m2 garden, on the covered balcony or on the spacious terrace with garden pond and barbecue area invite you to linger.
Parking spaces and a car electric charging station are available on the paved inner courtyard.
